Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to info@larnecomputers.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you or where goods have already been dispatched by contacting us by email and in accordance with the returns policy below.

Returns

You can return unopened goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.  The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required.

Returned goods will be accepted for refund, credit or exchange based on the following:

  1. The goods are returned within 14 days of purchase. Should they be returned after this period and Larne Computers agree to return, a handling charge may be incurred.
  2. Goods must be returned in original packaging, unopened and not used.
  3. Returns must contain the original invoice as proof of purchase.
  4. Goods delivered in error, faulty or subject to product recall when Larne Computers will meet the cost of return up to first class postal cost by Royal Mail.

Please ensure that goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We will not be liable for any returned goods which are not suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please include a brief note detailing required action. We are not responsible for goods in transit to us.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 1 year guarantee against faults/defects unless otherwise stated.

Damaged goods – Should goods be received damaged, please notify Larne Computers within 3 days of receipt by email to info@larnecomputers.co.uk

If goods received are faulty in the first instance please email info@larnecomputers.co.uk and one of our friendly customer service team will come back to you.

If your goods are diagnosed as faulty we will cover the cost of return postage.

Please note: we will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
